TRC Multi-Services was built from the ground up on real-world experience. Before founding the company, our Executive Director, spent years in property management, overseeing multifamily communities, student housing, and large-scale portfolios. During that time, he witnessed the constant challenges property managers faced: unreliable vendors, inconsistent quality, and the struggle of juggling multiple service providers while under pressure to meet demanding timelines.
Recognizing the need for a single, dependable partner, Octaviano started TRC Multi-Services as a small, family-driven operation with a clear mission—deliver consistent, high-quality services across all property types. What began with a handful of crews has expanded into a nationwide network operating across every U.S. timezone in the lower 48, serving multifamily, commercial, senior living, student housing, retail, and even single-family projects.
